His next opponent will either be Grigor Dimitrov of Bulgaria or Simone Bolelli of Italy.
In the other matches, American Donald Young was victorious against Garcia-Lopez, with a scoreline 6-1, 6-7 (0), 7-5 and Go Soeda of Japan defeated Toibias Kamke of Germany 6-2, 7-6 (7)
