Defending champion and third seed Andy Murray, who beat Novak Djokovic in last year’s final, will face Frenchman Michael Llodra and will go into his match with a positive 3-0 H2H. The Brit could face Tomas Berdych in the last 8, with Djoko being a potential semi-final opponent

Top seed Djokovic opens his campaign against Ricardas Berankis and this will be their first ever encounter. The Serb is set to meet Juan Martin del Potro in the quarter-finals.

In the bottom half of the draw, all eyes will be on the 17 time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer and the almost invincible Rafael Nadal in 2013, who could clash in the quarter-finals should they both win all of their matches. Federer’s first round opponent is Grega Zemlja of Slovenia, whilst the second seeded Nadal will face American Ryan Harrison.

No.4 seed David Ferrer has got a relatively easy looking draw, but unfortunately for the Spaniard, he has been struggling with form recently. He will play a qualifier in round one, with Gulbis and Janowicz as potential opponents in the next rounds.
