5-7  5-7 MATCH MURRAY! Djokovic drops his serve to love and Murray gets the crowd into complete frenzy. We will witness another Federer – Murray on the Wimbledon center court

5-7  5-6 Spectacular hold from the Brit! Djokovic earns himself another break point, but is unable to put away a fairly easy forehand approach. The next game will decide whether we are going to see a tiebreak or Murray will wrap up the match and book himself a final spot

5-7  5-5 The athmosphere is absolutely superb with the crowd at the edge of their seats. They were witnesses to the longest rally of the match, Djokovic finishing it with an amazing forehand winner. What a day at the Olympic Tennis!

5-7  4-5 Murray saves another break point with a massive serve, closes it out with another one and punches the air, showing how badly he wants this win. Djoko to serve to stay in the match

5-7  4-4 We are approaching the final stages of the second set. Djoko holds, but he will need to come up with something special if he doesn’t want to battle it out in a tiebreak.

5-7  3-4 0-30 on Murray serve, but the Brit wins four point in a row to get ahead and he si two games away from another All England Club final against the Swiss Federer

5-7  3-3 Djokovic, who was the flag carrier for his country at the Olympics opening ceremony, responds in the best possible way – holds to love

5-7  2-3 World no.4 Murray serving with new balls – makes the most out of it, three brilliant serves put him ahead in the second set

5-7  2-2 Unfortunately for Murray, Djoko is not going to go away without putting up a big fight. He holds to 30 and the Brit is back on serve

5-7  1-2 The Serb is looking to be more offensive. A couple of good returns give him a 30-0 lead and he goes on to get another break point chance. Murray is showing his frustration by smashing his racket against the turf, but comes up with a superb drop shot to save the break point and holds

5-7  1-1 Amazing diving half-volley from Murray! Probably the shot of the day so far. But Nole manages to fight his way back from 15-30 and this is a crucial hold for him

5-7  0-1 Djokovic senses and opportunity to break, but fails to convert his first break point of the match. Murray punishes him for it, and is happy to take the first game of the second set after a slightly slower start

5-7 BREAK & SET MURRAY! The Brit takes his first break point opportunity and set point at the same time to take a one set lead in the match. He comes up with a spectacular passing shot to close out the set and move a step closer to get a chance to play for a gold medal at the 2012 London Olympics

5-6 Some superb serving from the Brit secures him the lead and the former world no.1 (he lost his no.1 rank to Federer this year) will have to serve once again to stay in this set

5-5 Djokovic shows no signs of trouble as he storms to a love game win

4-5 These guys know each other so well, they seem to read each other’s minds when in the middle of the rally. However, Murray cracks some big first serves to force Djokovic to serve to stay in the first set.

4-4 Djokovic holds to 30, brilliant hitting on the center court of the All England Club. The crowd must be enjoying this spectacle.

3-4 A slightly more tight game from both players. Djoko takes Murray to deuce, but fails to get a break point opportunity. Are we going to witness another spectacular match between these two top players (just like in their 2012 Australian Open encounter?)

3-3 Djoko holds to level the score. Murray comes up with some superb hitting, but Djoko’s movement is simply spectacular. He pounces like a tiger, running down every ball. Although this is only the 6th game, the intensity of this match is already very high

2-3 Some spectacular rallying from both players with Murray winning the longer rallies. The Serb took a 30-15 lead, but couldn’t capitalise. No breaks of serve so far in this match

2-2 Djoko plays a much stronger service game, this time it’s him who doesn’t allow Murray to win a single point, coming to the net and testing the Brit’s passing skills.

1-2 Long rally marks the start of the game, Murray taking it with some solid ground strokes. He holds to love once more

1-1 Some agressive play from the Brit, goes 40-15 up, but Djoko manages to save both break point with the little help of the net cord. His serve gets him out of trouble as he fires two aces in the game

0-1 Murray holds serve to love, superb start for the Brit

Djokovic is leading 8-5 in the head to head against Murray, having won their last encounter at the Miami Masters this year.

The players are just warming up on the center court at Wimbledon. The crowd is going to be in for a huge tennis treat. They have already witnessed an oustanding match between Federer and Del Potro, the Swiss winning 19-17 in the third set, the longest Olympics match ever.
