The Bryan Brothers are one step closer to their record 12th Grand Slam title. They defeated  the Poles Mariusz Fyrstenberg and Marcin Matkowski  6-4 6-7(4) 6-4 and moved into the Australian Open semifinals.

They will now face Robert Lindstedt of Sweden and Horia Tecau of Romania, who overcame the 13th seeded American pair Scott Lipsky and Rajeev Ram, beating them in straight sets 6-4 6-4 to book their place in the semifinals at Melbourne Park.

Bob Bryan and Mike Bryan are aiming to win their record 6th Australian Open this year. They have prevailed against Lindstedt and Tecau in last year’s Wimbledon Final.
