** If a player loses in the final round of qualifying in a Super 9 tournament, he
   earns one-fourth the points of the second round.  For all tournaments except
   Key Biscayne, that is 5 points.  For Key Biscayne (which is a 96-draw tournament)
   it is 3 points.  If a player successfully qualifies for the main draw, he does
   not get any TOURNAMENT points but gets BONUS points equal to one-half the amount
   of points given to a second round loser.
