I believe Mardy Fish is playing in the US next week (Tunica challenger).
that doesn't mean anything - his site said he was playing Monte Carlo til the draw came out and he wasn't in it. The article about him playing the Tunica challenger is unclear so I guess we'll have to wait and see.Anonymous wrote:Fish will be playing in Rome according to his official website.

No, that has nothing to do with it. The ITF honors ATP suspensions. For example, when Koubek was suspended for three months earlier this year, he was not able to play the Australian Open or the Davis Cup 1R tie (both ITF events) either.Anonymous wrote: I read that the reason he won't miss RG is because it's technically an ITF, and not an ATP, event. And the suspension is from the ATP.
He went to Rome to see the ATP physician on-site, but his status is currently unknown. As defending champion, his request for a Tuesday start was granted.renaudb wrote:does anyone know if moya can play?
Is he injured for a long time??
