I guess I would just go ahead and start reporting the withdrawal names. What the heck. If any tournament has a problem in the names coming out, they can let us know and we will hold back info ..

Update:

Kyoto CH
OUT: Faurel, Qureshi
IN: Baccanello, Klec
NEXT: Girogini, Mertl, Logtens, Iwami, Scherrer, Cerovic, Middlekoop, Fruttero

Qureshi withdrew because of (I think) he is playing Davis Cup against Thailand. danai also said that he may withdraw as well.

The draws are often posted even before they are properly linked. Knowing the tournament id number is key. Here is a template url

http://www.atptennis.com/posting/2005/###/xxx.pdf

where ### is the tournament id number (you can find those in the fact sheets)
and xxx is the draw:
qs = qualifying singles
qd = qualifying doubles
mds = main draw singles
mdd = main draw doulbes

once you know that Kyoto's id is 91, the rest is easy. :D
