While I was ordening the list, I had to go for an emergency. Since I didn't want to lose the work I had already done, I posted the provisional list. Now everything should be in order!
I did expect that there would be at least 1 SE-spot here, but that isn't the case.

I did expect that there would be at least 1 SE-spot here, but that isn't the case.

I think the reason there is no SE spot is because the qualifiers don't start until Monday. This means anyone playing in the semis at Indian Wells would be able to get to Miami before it starts and so wouldn't need a SE.

The qualifying draw would be made, based on the entry list for Q as above, on the previous day, at least by night-time. As there is no sign-in for qualifying itself and players in the draw are required to arrive only by the time their match time on monday, the qualifying draw is made without the knowledge of who has arrived on site (this is the case with all the qualies for which ATP has an early entry deadline and a list). Though there is a fine for no-show, there would probably be a couple of no-shows on Monday. The sign-in above is for alternates to fill those spots. The highest ranked players who have arrived on-site and signed in monday morning, would be placed as qualifying alternates. You don't need to have been in the main or qualifying entry list for you to make it in as an alternate, and hence the sign-in for that.

The official final list from ATP had Suzuki as the last entry for qualies, but there were three more spots that cleared by evening for qualies (Arthurs, Mathieu, Sluiter) .. Mathieu must have made the main draw on a main draw withdrawal (not sure who).

Anyway, Tsonga, Weiner and Kunitsyn were the last three to make it into the qualifying draw with Kunitsyn as the last entry.

I rode friday in french newspaper that Mathieu didn't want to plat qualies as he was exhausted after Davis Cup and IW. He said he would take his decision at the last time.
