Soooo......

Does this mean that Alex and Justin cannot play San Jose because they have now entered this Challenger the same week? Or can they both decide, oh what the heck, and sign in for qualies on Friday night and give the Dallas Challenger a pass?

And I'm only asking for my own self interest... ;)

No. Once they enter the challenger and made the main draw, they have to play there or take the week off due to a medical reason (can't play anywhere else).

The rule is simple. Make the initial entry list at any tournament you entered, that is the only place where you can play that week.

Alex will be the #2 seed it seems :) . As Fiona has pointed out to me SJ does offer more points but, as of now, I do think Dallas is the safer bet for Alex. He's straddling that line of falling into the 130s (somewhere he hasn't been in nearly 18 months) and he's 3 matches behind from last year.

Strategically, Dallas makes more sense.

Good catch, BD. It turns out that Lesley Joseph does not appear anywhere in the list anymore and Sirianni is in the initial entry list as the last entry (must have been a mistake -- they must have corrected the initial entry list itself and we didn't know)...

The Burnie Challenger looks a bit like a Future draw.
