I don't think Tim will play in Bangkok this year. His back is really bad, and the rumours in England are that he wants to play one more Davis Cup (v Croatia), and then will retire from tennis :(

And here is the press release from the tournament
which we would have to rely on to get the player lists :x

NEW DELHI, Aug 22 (Reuters) - Former world number ones Lleyton Hewitt of Australia and Russian Marat Safin will take part in the $416,000 Kingfisher ATP event to be staged in Mumbai from Sept. 24.

Frenchman Richard Gasquet, a semi-finalist at Wimbledon this year, and 2006 Australian Open runner-up Marcos Baghdatis of Cyprus had confirmed they will also take part, organisers said in a statement late on Tuesday.

"All the leading players participating this year have beaten the best in the field and this fact holds promise for some scintillating action on the courts," said India's former Davis Cup player Mahesh Bhupathi, whose company is organising the event.

Russian Dmitry Tursunov won his maiden ATP title in the inaugural edition of the event last year.
