Rusedski has finally got the hint that he won't be playing Davis Cup if he doesn't try and get some matches under his belt then! Not that he ought to be in the team anyway....

http://www.sun-sentinel.com/sports/tenn ... rts-tennis
Meanwhile Saturday, a long line of first-round losers at the Masters Series event in Indian Wells, Calif., was telephoning tournament director Gabe Narona, seeking a wild card into his tournament.

He has two left after issuing two to Gustavo Kuerten, the three-time French Open winner, and to Olympic doubles gold medal winner Nicolas Massu of Chile. Indian Wells losers have until 9 p.m. to get into the BMW.

...

Sebastien Grosjean, the French expatriate living in Boca Raton, will not be playing the BMW, even though he double-signed into the tournament and lost in the first round at Indian Wells. He has a thigh injury.
