I have two questions...

Are you allowed to play qualies at Auckland/Sydney and then Australian Open qualies?
And are you allowed to play Auckland/Sydney qualies, then main draw and then AO qualies?

Yes: there's no overlap between those two events.

Yes, but if a player is still alive in Auckland/Sydney on Wednesday, then he would probably withdraw from the AO qualifying entry list before the withdrawal deadline (Wednesday night) since it would be nearly impossible to play the Auckland/Sydney main draw & the AO qualifying draw at the same time (killer commute!). Most players who take the AO qualifying seriously will not enter an ATP tournament or challenger during week 2 to avoid these situations.

Yes, and besides, if you look at the people playing in those 2 events ... all of them will be directly into the AOpen maindraw, so no need to play qualies. It might only be the case for Wildcards, as I don't see any qualifier either who will not be directly accepted.

I was meaning a case where someone ranked around 130 qualifies for the main draw of Sydney/Auckland and then attempts AO qualies.

In June 2006, Wayne Arthurs played a qualifying match at Queen's Club and a main draw match (SF) at the Surbiton challenger on the same day. In May 2005, Olivier Patience played a main draw match (F) at the Rome challenger and a qualifying match at AMS Rome on the same day.

I don't understand where is Nico Mahut... if someone can say to me... because the TS1 of qualies in Auckland is Lapentti and in Sydney the TS1 of qualies is Seppi !!! So there is a problem no ??
Why is he not in the entry listes ?

I just know that himself didn't know this morning where he will go !!!

Mahut is the first alternate out in both Auckland & Sydney. None of the SEs have been cleared (yet) since there are contenders for 3-4 of the available spots:
Koubek
Guccione
del Potro or Kunitsyn (winner of Adelaide QF)
Spadea (if he wins his QF in Adelaide)
