If you didn'r promise to play there or they couldn't get hold of you, and you made the list without knowing and you were already somewhere else to play, then they will not fine you. That is what I understand.

According to the original list on this topic Ljubicic is there. On the list above that Terry has posted Ljubicic is no 3. So Ljubicic won´t need any WC
