I can't find the draw on the USTA site--I don't think the pre-qualifying was open to the public like it is in Miami--but the final four (maybe the only four) players were: A.J. Bartlett, Jeff Salzenstein, Wayne Odesnik, and Sargis Sargsian.

It may have been an even smaller draw than that, Wayne Odesnik had the flu and didn't play.
