Lisnard is on the original list for the Southampton challenger so maybe i'm he has to play there? not sure about the rules to be honest. Jay can probably tell us ...

Doesnt Blake get the SE for reaching semifinals this week? Since he is already on qualyfing list?

Nope, b/c Stockholm isn't an international series gold event so no SEs into Masters events from it.

so he is out right? he would have to play tomorrow and he cant because he has the stockholm semifinals to play.

That is correct. Nobody gets the SE. Lisnard has to play in Southampton.

The draw here is not made til Sunday, right? So if anyone else in the MD withdraws before the draw is made, will people get in off the MD ALT list, or will it go to lucky losers from now on?

The qualifying draw is out so any late withdrawals from the main draw will be replaced by lucky losers, not alternates.

I was wondering this myself. if someone pulls out like tomorrow, would Verdasco get in off the ALT list, thus freeing up the WC?
