Thanks Jay!

So, its true, Andy Murray is coming to California to play one Challenger, then heading back to Europe. He should have just stayed here for 3 weeks like most of the other guys are doing.

Where's the Southampton challenger actually held and may one watch the matches without having to pay?

Sorry PatatRiek I feel I must apologise for the UK tennis websites - they are all so bad.
They just don't get that there are people who want to know the results and other info. I just looked on the LTA website and it is worse than when I last looked. You can't actually find details of the pro events.
As to whether this is a new event - there was an event in Bolton (about 200 miles away) this time last year so it could just be a venue change. But as a rule there seem to be a lot more events in the UK this year - there is another challenger here in a few weeks time and there always seems to be a future or satellite event going on.

So, Flip is really going to show up and play Calabasas? I'll be keeping my eye open for a late withdrawal since he has another European wildcard next week.

A player can't get WC if he's on MD list in another tourney

I know. By next week, I meant the week after Calabasas. Flip has a WC for St Petersburg (or is it one of the others?) and I don't think he will fly all the way out to California to play one Challenger, then back to Europe for a tour event. Still think he will (or already has) pull from this event.
