College Tennis Divisions

Hi,
I am a tennis player and I will soon apply to college. I would like to know what are the differences between division I and division II, other than the tennis level of course. For example, do the players in the first division have more tennis practice than the ones in the second division?

How do you add and decrease weight on a tennis racket? I have a tennis racket that i want to make lighter so it's more powerful (as i saw on other websites say,) and i want to know how to do it. Also i saw on like prince of tennis how they have grip tape. Do you just use like duct tape to do it or what because my grip is peeling and i can't go to a store to fix it. Thanks.

D-I is better but D-II and NAIA top players would be top players in D-1 as well. When it comes to practice it varies from school to school.
