Well, the matches are starting right now, and I can't find the IBM scoreboard yet at the official site.
They say on the scoreboard page,
Matches in Progress
If a match is taking place, you’ll see the scores right here. Whether it’s the qualifiers, singles, doubles, mixed, juniors – even seniors – you’ll feel as though you are watching a virtual tennis match. The scores are updated as the match is played! Come back and get instant, up-to-date score updates every day from your computer!
That does not mean that they are showing the qualifying score updates. Hopefully it iwll come in in a couple of minutes. It is 11.10 am and the warm up must be over on many courts.

The Realtime IBM Scoreboard is not working for me.

Only the scoreboard PAGE was working at first and the scoreboard applet wasn't there.
The applet is has started working after a while though. Click on the "launch scorebaord" on the left side of the scores page,

The scorboard applet looks different than the usual IBM applet. They have added the country flags also now. What, we are being iunfluenced by the Olympics or what? ...
The other usual trimmimgs seem to be there on the scoreboard applet. It does seem a little slow when you ask for stats, etc (takes time to load the stats now - it used to be instant before. But stats are not there for these courts anyway, so it doesn't matter for now)
