Events announcement area

I get lots of requests to post info about upcoming events that are not on the ATP schedule. From now on, I will not be putting those as links on the main page. There's only so much room there and it needs a bit of cleaning up. Also, they end up being kept in the weekly archives (which are copies of the front page each week http://www.stevegtennis.com/weekarch.htm). So often, the links in the archives end up broken or point to something else.
