Thanks for posting these lists, BelgiumDude!

The Entry list for Stockholm looks quite good. I'm looking forward seeing those players in action. :D

I've noticed my favourite player Greg Rusedski is 12th in the alternate list for these events. Can he still enter the qualifying tournament?

He can certainly enter qualifications.

He might be able to enter main draw without qualifiers. I can already spot some players that will not enter. Schalken, Verkerk (currently injured but not sure if he will withdraw), Pavel (pretty seriously injured in US Open so very unlikely that he is back as far as I understood it) and maybe also Calleri are players that probably withdraws. Add to that 2 SE spots that might not be filled and some players on alternate list that prefers one of the other two events.

And know I am discussing Stockholm Open and no other tourney. The same probably applies for those tourneys as well.

I have expanded the alternate lists from 15 to 30.
Any withdrawals yet, Jay?
Is there somebody who knows some wildcards already?

Good idea to expand the ALT list further down, BD. This being late in the year, there have been a larger number of withdrawals at these events.

Updates:

Basel (2 SE spots to be released)
No withdrawals from main draw or ALT.

St.Petersburg (2 SE spots to be released)
OUT: Santoro (and Popp from ALT)
IN: Carraz
NEXT: Mathieu, Starace, Koubek, Montanes, Arthurs, Kohlschreiber...

Stockholm (2 SE spots to be released)
OUT: Verkerk (and Carraz, Popp, Blake from ALT)
IN: Mathieu
NEXT: Starace, Koubek, Montanes, Arthurs, Kohlschreiber, Monaco...

Since we have some international visitors on this board who speak English as a second language, could you perhaps write in plain English to make it easier for them (and old people like me) to understand? Thanks.

It is true that you may only enter one tournament a week, but I believe there is a rule that allows ATP players to be on more than one Alternate list at the same time.

There is no problem in entering multiple lists (showing the priority for each event in the entry form). If you did not make the inittial direct entry list of any of the events, they you will be placed in all the ALT lists. Then as spots clear and you make your first priority event you would be taken out of other events' lists. If you move up from the ALT to main draw list in, say, your second priority list, then you will stiull be kept in your first priority list. At a later time if you make your first priority event's main list, you will be taken out from the second priority list, etc.

Thanks Jay for the updates!
Lots of changes in the end, I have edited the lists in the first post.
I do think there is a mistake for the St Petersburg list.
There are 4 withdrawals + 2 SE cleared, so that makes 6 spots. And you have 7 players in. So I think Mello isn't in yet OR there was a fifth player who has withdrawn.
Greeting
BD, hoping on a few more withdrawals so Elseneer could get in ;)

Elseneer may have made the main draw somewhere. He was basically the next one to make it in somewhere if there was anymore withdrawals after the list I posted ... I think that was pretty much the final official lists, but any withdrawals in the last few hours are handled by the ASTP supervisors onsite. There could well have been some withdrawal, and he may have made it. We would know only after the main draw comes out in a day, I think.
