Below you will find the complete conversions of the 1999 point totals when the ATP converted from the rankings of December 13, 1999 to January 3, 2000.  As you recall, the totals in 1999 were each player's best 14 results.  On December 13, 1999 it was converted by taking 80% of the old total plus some adjustments.  The best 18 of these adjusted totals made up each player's entry ranking for January 3, 2000.  These are the totals players have been "defending" this year.

These files list every player's point totals and a detailed list of the conversion to the 2000 total.  To my knowledge, this is the only place you can find exactly what entry points players have to defend from 1999.  The lists are sorted alpabetically.
