3. Qualifying
   ----------
When a player qualifies for a tournament, he receives one-half the amount of points
given to a second round loser of that tournament.  For instance, for a Super 9
tournament, the second round is worth 20 tournament points: a player who qualifies
for the main draw of this tournament would then earn 10 bonus points.  These bonus
points are in addition to any points earned for defeating ranked players according
to the tables above.
