Both the singles and doubles final matches were completed today in Baku, Azerbaijan. In the singles final, fifth seed Bojana Jovanovski took on the unseeded Julia Cohen and had a very easy hour and a half on court, winning 6-3  6-1.

Even though Cohen only served one double fault, Jovanovski managed to put her under pressure at the very start of almost every rally and break down Cohen’s defense.

Jovanovski became the first Serbian to win a WTA title since Ivanovic managed to do so last year in Bali.

In the doubles final, the fourth seeds, Valeria Solovieva and Irina Buryachok strolled to victory over the third seeded pairing Alberta Brianti and Eva Birnerova, winning 6-3  6-2 in just over one hour.
