Argentina wrapped up a 3-0 win over Japan at the 2012 World Team Cup in Germany.

The match has been decided after the two singles encounters, when Argentine Leonardo Mayer defeated Tatsuma Ito 6-4  6-4 and Carlos Berlocq overcame Go Soeda also in straight sets 6-3  6-4.

The Argentine duo Brzezicki/Chela finished it off with a 6-7 (3)  6-1  10-7 victory against Japan’s Ito/Sato.

Serbia posted a 2-1 win against Russia after Janko Tipsarevic outclassed Alex Bogomolov Jr., winning 6-1  6-3 and other Serbian Viktor Troicki defeated Dmitry Tursunov 6-3  6-2.

Despite Tursunov/Kunitsyn prevailing against the Serbian duo Jankovic/Zimonjic 7-5  7-6 (6), the end result didn’t change much.
