Andujar broke his opponent five times throughout the match, and despite Cipolla breaking him when he was serving for the match at 6-3 5-4, the Italian wasn’t able to hold step with the Spaniard.
The 7th seed Albert Ramos will be Andujar’s opponent in the final as he beat Russian Igor Andreev 6-3 7-6 (7).
Andujar has a 3-1 head to head record against Ramos and their last meeting was at this year’s Indian Wells Masters, where Andujar won 7-6 (5) 6-4.
