Nadal sets up dream semifinal against Federer

Rafael Nadal moved into the 2012 Australian Open semifinal as he defeated Tomas Berdych 6-7 (5) 7-6 (6) 6-4 6-3.

With this win he set up a classic against his biggest rival Roger Federer, who beat Juan Martin del Potro earlier.

In the first couple of sets, Nadal looked a bit defensive against the big hitting Berdych, but after taking the second set in a tiebreak he

stepped up a notch and didn’t allow the Czech to dictate the rallies anymore.

Nadal is aiming for his second title here at Melbourne Park after winning in 2009.
