Max Mirnyi and Daniel Nestor booked their place in the Australian Open semifinals with a win over Santiago Gonzalez of Mexico and Christopher Kas of Germany, beating them6-1 6-7(4) 6-2.

They haven’t faced a single break point on their serve, and despite losing the  second set in a tiebreak, they manage to win the third set quite comfortably.

Also through to the semifinals are Leander Paes and Radek Stepanek, who defeated Eric Butorac and Bruno Soares in staight sets 6-4 7-6(4).

For Paes and Stepanek, this is their fourth tournament together. Paes could capture his 7th Grand Slam title, for Stepanek it would be his first.
