Top seed Janko Tipsarevic of Serbia rallied back strongly after losing the first set against Russia’s Igor Kunitsyn to win 6-7 (5), 6-1, 6-0 in the second round of the Kremlin Cup in Moscow.

Tipsarevic will now play Dmitry Tursunov of Russia, who dismissed France’s Julien Benneteau 6-3, 7-6 to reach the quarterfinals.

Big upset happened as Jeremy Chardy of France defeated world no.17 Alexandr Dolgopolov 6-3, 7-6 (6).

Chardy will play Philipp Kohlschreiber of Germany for a place in the semifinals.
