Fourth seed and home favourite John Isner powered into the quarter-finals of the Winston-Salem Open on Wednesday with a 7-6(4), 6-2 victory over Finnish No. 13 seed Jarkko Nieminen at the inaugural edition of the ATP World Tour 250 hard-court tournament.
