On Thursday afternoon at Uniprix Stadium, Novak Djokovic of Serbia reached the quarterfinals of the Rogers Cup taking out Marin Cilic of Croatia in two sets (7-5, 6-2).
Today’s match was the players’ sixth meeting and their first this year. Djokovic has never lost against Cilic.
The Great Serb has only lost one match since the start of the year, taking home the trophies including Wimbledon. Loosing only one time at French open against Federer.
